Fabulous day today!! Felt like a champ in the gym these lower weights make me happy. I even had enough energy to go to Zumba.

We all have hunger pains and it sucks. I eat and am starving 1 hr later. I drink water all day more than I need to stop the cravings. U will meet every goal u have set no matter what I know by ur post that even when u are ready to throw in the towel u dig deep into ur heart and soul and achieve that is why I call u iron girl guts heart and soul made of true grit RESPECT u even motivate me!!!!!!!Originally posted by Trixie View PostI hope so!
