    Plated Shoulder Press 25’s x16x1, x12x2 this was a bit to heavy for my screaming shoulder
    ½ Hour of Zumba

    No Carb , Cal 1600 1/15
    1 whole egg + 2 whites
    Ground Turkey
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins,
    2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w Almond Milk / vitamins
    1/2 Avocado
    Ground Turkey
    Talapia
    2 scoop IsoFusion Orange Cream
    Pro 226g, Carb 17g, Fat 56g, Cal 1637

    All my carbs are from my shakes and supps.
    Great post very impressive iron girl u rock and ur buff and the stuff blessings

    Leg extensions 46x60x3(warmup)
    Dips Machine 106x16x3
    Hack Squats 90x16, 135x12, 180x8 still super hard for me, but I remember when I could only do 25’s
    Slant Board side to side crunches 35x3
    Single Arm Tri machine 30x16x3
    HS Single leg extension 25x16x3 on the harder peg with stops and 3 sec let downs
    Rope cable Tri 70x16x3
    HS Ab Machine 20x35x3
    10 minutes Elyptical

    Medium Carb 30 Cal 1900 1/14
    3 Whole Eggs/ 1 slice turkey bacon
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins,
    1 Tbsp Coconut oil
    2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w Almond Milk / vitamins
    1 Tbsp Coconut oil
