    Lunk is supposed to be a derogatory term used by planet fitness a-holes to describe someone who is actually dedicated to training and muscle building.... Don't know bout you honey but I'm a lunk and proud of it��

    She-lunk. LOL I don't know what a lunk is but it may be pretty close to a Meat-head which I didn't know the was slang til Rob Lowe started his Direc-TV commercials. I'll take it for now as long as I can turn into a Bikini model by the end of cutting. Not sure my legs will get there, But I do know the ultimate leg man in case I fall short. Hahaha

    Thanks animal87 and Mountain-Man!!! I'm really trying to turn it on in the gym and work the diet formula for all it can do for me. I want to look lean but more muscled than last year so I have to work harder. Your encouragement really helps me out.

    Thanks for getting me through my meltdown. I have eaten the same for 2 days virtually no carbs and I was a little weak in the gym today but by tomorrow you will be seeing quite a few 2-a-days added in to my schedule. I opted for the more reasonable approach with added cardio. Also Rake's DR. told him to stop drinking so that may help us out too.

    Biceps/ Hams

    Stair Master 5 min warm up
    Seated leg curl 79x60x3
    Barbell Preacher curls 25x30x1, 25x20x2
    Seated Leg Press 90x12x3
    Slant board side to side crunches 3x25
    Single arm bicep, 30x14x3 let, 30x12x3 right
    Lie down leg curl 40x16x3
    Wide cable curl 40x12x3
    HS Ab Machine 20x25x3
    Row 4000M in 24.5 minutes


    No Carb 0, Cal 1400 2/10
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins,

    we could go with the above and add in your favorite 2 a days 4-5 days a wk or do what i hate doing and lower the cals down and starve.

    with the 2100 plan just add in 30-40 mins of some cardio 4-5x per week as a jump start or go with:

    2000 1600 1200 1000 repeat. i really dont like that extreme low cals but you have supps that can offset losing muscle
