    Well well, only worked out twice last week so it was nice to get into the gym today.

    Got a cardio day in yesterday, (Sun) but skipped my regular chest/back day today. My legs have been wrecked ever since I did those adductors and abductors Sat. I have gotten 2 nights of near perfect sleep though. life is great thanks to all of you for encouragement even when I don't do so well. I get so excited when someone says they can tell we work out all the time and without all of you I would have never have had the joy of this experience.

    Thanks for the props on strength at least I know I can hit a goal when I go after it. Now, if I have to be this heavy to be strong than I really don't care much for it. I will be starting a cut in Jan and probably won't ever bulk again. Just want to look moderately muscled but proportionately thin.

    Thanks so much for your encouragement having only 3 to 4 workouts a week is killing me. I feel so much better on 6 days with a bit lighter higher reps but I'll struggle through til January. We are both doing great and looking forward to a lighter work schedule as well. Miss you and Mountain Woman. Have a great week.

Rake is eating like a maniac so still having some challenges with a reasonable diet but am looking forward to January when we start cutting. I hope there is more muscle under there this time out.
