                    Fabulous day today!! Felt like a champ in the gym these lower weights make me happy. I even had enough energy to go to Zumba.

                    Chest and Shoulders on Thursdays

                    Stair Master 5 min level 8
                    Back Extensions 15x3
                    Plated Incline Press 25’sx 16x3
                    Pullovers 30x16x3
                    Shoulder shrugs 20 lbs dumb bells 16x3
                    Fly Machine 55x16x3
                    Reverse pec deck 30x16x3
                    Slant Board crunches x25x2, side crunchesx25x1
                    Reverse Delt Pull 60x16x3
                    Hoist Chest Press 75x16x3
                    Plated Shoulder Press 25’s x16x1, x12x2 this was a bit to heavy for my screaming shoulder
                    ½ Hour of Zumba

                    No Carb , Cal 1600 1/15
                    1 whole egg + 2 whites
                    Ground Turkey
                    Flax, glutamine, vitamins,
                    2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w Almond Milk / vitamins
                    1/2 Avocado
                    Ground Turkey
                    Talapia
                    2 scoop IsoFusion Orange Cream
                    Pro 226g, Carb 17g, Fat 56g, Cal 1637

                    All my carbs are from my shakes and supps.

                        Love my life, 5 days in a row makes me so happy I can sleep much better the more I get in the gym. A little weak today but another day done.

                          Another Ham and Bi day, must be that I need more rest therefore have time to post. LOL I ate Tilapia and black beans yesterday I'm trying to limit my diet so that i will see results. Keeping the calories higher so the weight is not changing much but the fat is going away. That's the goal for now.

                          Biceps/ Hams

                          This is my diet so far but it is early still I will add more tilapia and some shrimp at the end of the day.

                                guns01, I trust you more than I have ever trusted anyone besides Rake. I am in on this all the way. I really hope I will see the fat drop even if it comes at the last week Of my diet. Wink Wink. LOL I love you to death.
