    Monday Chest, Back

    Back extensions 12 reps 3 sets
    Bench press bar only wide, narrow, regular 25 ea.
    Pull Overs 32.5x16, 40x12, 50x8
    DB Shrugs 20x12x3
    Fly machine Chest 55x12x3
    Rear delt 25x12x3 ss w DB shoulder raises, 25x12x3
    Slant board side crunches 35x3
    Narrow lat pull 75x12x3
    Decline bench bar only wide, narrow, regular 25 ea.
    Low Row machine 40x12x3
    HS Ab Crunches 20x25x3
    Treadmill 20 minutes

    Back to the gym for cardio

    High Carb 100, Cal 2000 2/16
    1/4 C Rice
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins,
    2 Scoop MyoFusion w/ water and vitamins
    Turkey Meat Loaf
    Turkey Bacon wrapped stuffed Chicken breast 4oz
    Chicken Caesar Salad
    2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w Almond Milk / vitamins
    Pro 235g, Carb 121g, Fat 35g Cal 1928

    Great day at the gym; by the time I was done throwing the weights around there was nothing left for extra cardio though.

    Biceps/ Hams

    Stair Master 5 min warm up
    Seated leg curl 79x60x3
    Barbell Preacher curls 25x30x1, 35x12x2
    SL Dead lifts 50x12, 60x10, 70x10
    Slant board side to side crunches 3x25
