    Great day in VEGAS!!
    Chest and Shoulders with plenty of showing off for anyone who never makes progress. A guy told me I will be beating up Rake with my huge upper body. LOL

    No Carb and hit it spot on. 1600 cal super hard to hit. Thanks guns.

    Felt great this morning but totally crashed after my workout. Rested, took a 20 minute nap now I'm ready to go back and do cardio. See ya.

    Quads/Triceps

    Stairmaster level 10 warmup 5 min
    Leg extensions 46x60x3(warmup)
    Dips Machine 106x16x3
    Hack Squats 90x16, 135x12x2
    Slant Board side to side crunches 25x3
    Single Arm Tri machine 35x12x3
    HS Single leg extension 25x16x3
    Rope cable Tri 70x16x3
    HS Ab Machine 20x25x3
    Back to the gym for cardio

    No Carb , Cal 1600 1/21
    3 Whole Eggs/ Tilapia
    1 Tbsp Coconut oil
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins,
    2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w Almond Milk / vitamins
    Avocado 1 small
    Raw Ahi Tuna
    8 oz Sirloin Steak
    Pro 228g, Carb 17g, Fat 87g, Cal 1592

    guns01, I trust you more than I have ever trusted anyone besides Rake. I am in on this all the way. I really hope I will see the fat drop even if it comes at the last week Of my diet. Wink Wink.     This is my diet so far but it is early still I will add more tilapia and some shrimp at the end of the day.

    Another Ham and Bi day, must be that I need more rest therefore have time to post. LOL I ate Tilapia and black beans yesterday I'm trying to limit my diet so that i will see results. Keeping the calories higher so the weight is not changing much but the fat is going away. That's the goal for now.

    Love my life, 5 days in a row makes me so happy I can sleep much better the more I get in the gym. A little weak today but another day done.

    8 oz Sirloin Steak
    Tilapia
    2 scoop IsoFusion Orange Cream
    Pro 253g, Carb 16g, Fat 46g, Cal 1628
