I love Mondays; means I survived another week in the gym and I get to do it all over again. YAY!!
I ordered a new fat burner and I cant wait for it to get here, Hairdresser noticed I slimmed down a bit in 4 weeks always a good thing especially since the lighting is terribly unflattering in there. Nice and easy today and I feel great so I'm going back for some extra cardio this afternoon.

I just started taking Omega Greens and some extra Enzymes to get everything moving out of my system. Take Keto Burn as a proper fat burner. The best thing about today is that I'm taking tomorrow off the gym.
Took it nice and easy today then came home and worked on sprinklers for 3 hours. Ugghh. Guess I shouldn't complain, it is FABULOUS outside and my pool is almost ready to go.

give it time trix it will come off. remember it is a marathon not a sprint. i am also pretty sure that you added in some new supps so that may have your weight holding for the time being. the secret to the supp addition is you have to let your body get used to the addition and then it will do what you want haha
