    Tuesday was a total disaster all the way around. Felt like crap so half-assed my workout then went to the movies and had popcorn and soda. At least it was a high carb day, LOL

    Fresh start today and much better

    Quads/Tris Wednesday/ Saturday

    Stair master 5 min. level 8
    Leg extensions 50x60x3
    Dips Machine 91x16, 106x12, 91x12
    Bulgarian Split Squats 45x10+hold 10, 35x10+hold 10, 25x10+hold 10, 0x10+hold 10 no stopping, each leg 2 sets
    Slant board side to side crunches 20x2, 20x1 reg crunches
    Hack squats 45x16x3
    Overhead Rope triceps 60x12x3
    HS iso leg extension 35x16x3 ea. Leg on the easy peg
    HS Ab crunches 10x25x3
    20 minute elliptical 15 incline

    i give full credit across the board esp since we went from starvation to muscle preservation with fat loss. so we are def climbing up the mountain. cool thing is with the added muscle you retain the more fat you will burn and more cals you can take in while staying lean

    Nor I trixie. Impatience cause me to ramp up my GH way to quickly the first time and led to brutal carpal tunnel. I knew guns didn't approve of your cals!!! Haha. Great job pretty lady!

    Little Tom, It has been a little over a year and I feel better than ever. Got my diet science down about half way through last year and I'm still working on that most important aspect of the journey. Always working to improve.

    OK went to Zumba at 4:30 with Pete. See that I am low on protein and seem to be getting a bit lazy about my diet. Most of my carbs came from shakes today but it is still very lazy of me to be slacking like this. However I wore yoga pants and tank to class instead of sweats and XXL T, can see my new program is working.
