    You sent me the Cherry Berry Explosion flavor and it's great! I keep getting comments on the mr supps shirt they sent me too with the saying "It's simple if it Jiggles it's Fat" Hopefully they are going to the website and making orders. Great to hear from you hope Nikki is all better and everything is going well for you.

    2 scoop ISO 100 Pina Colada flavor w/ 2 C Almond Milk

    I like preworkout tingles as well killer workout as well

    Great day to be alive! The gym 'killed me' today, everything is sore and I felt wimpy. The machines are so different and it seems like i can't use any weight. I know in my head I am getting stronger so guess that will have to be enough. Looked at some pics from July and it is clear that the fat is coming off it is just a slow process. The Best thing about today is that Diva made me a new avatar and I LOVE IT!

    Mondays Chest, Shoulders and Back

    Bench Press 55 x 25 wide, 20 narrow, Orange band end to end on the bar and under the bench
    Just getting pumped up and got sent out to work, back in about 45 min later to finish up

    Fly machine Chest 20x12x3 this machine is different and I don’t fit feel wimpy
