    Weak Wednesday:

    Biceps/ Hams

    StepMill 5 min warm up
    Seated leg curl 25x60x3, (10 upper, 10 lower, 10 full range)
    Preacher pad 25x12x3
    Dead lift day, had to skip and just stretch my hams
    Lie down ab bench 0x20x3
    Roller work
    Kneeling ham machine 30x12, 20x16x2
    Seated DB Bi’s 15x12x3 each arm
    Lying leg curl machine 25x8, done. The angle of this bench was highly aggravating to my back.

    Just happy I got up and did a workout. NO pre-workout, don't want to get froggy. My back is getting better and the quad injury is practically non-existent now.

    Testing Tuesday:

    Quads/Tri’s

    5 min StepMill warm-up
    Leg extensions 25x60x3 (10 lower, 10Upper, 10 full range)
    Tricep counterweight machine 70lbs counterweight x20x3
    Hack 0x12x3 Very careful with my belt tight
    Lie Down ab bench 20x3
    Roller Work
    Single leg extensions 30x16x3 each leg
    V-bar cable Tri’s 20lb. x16x3
    Seated leg press 70x12x2, x8 sore and done

    Just testing the waters but had to get some blood pumping through my back for healing. Low weight high rep is the mantra. I have to admit that I'm old and have to succumb to building not power lifting. Got too froggy.

    No gym today, just took some ibuprophen then did some yard clean-up. Back in the house to ice. Have to take care of the Grandbabies in 2 weeks so need to be at the top of my game.

    I am wrecked for sure. There will be many days of recuperation in my future.

    Flat Friday:

    Today was just easy work, trying to make sure my quad is 100% before I get crazy. No problems at all shows me it was very minor but worth attention especially at my age. Don't want to have to use a cane yet. Wrecked my shoulder yesterday and will be getting therapy on that as well.

    Quads/Tri’s

    5 min StepMill warm-up
    Leg extensions 40x60x3
    Tricep machine 70x20x3
    Hack 90x12x3
    Seated ab machine 20x3
    Roller Work
    Single leg extensions 40x16, 50x12, 60x8
    Overhead DB Tri’s 25lb. x12x3
    Seated leg press 70x12, 85x12, 100 x12

    Flax, glutamine, grapefruit juice/ vitamins
    forgot about the pre workout today
    2 scoop Gold Standard Whey/ vitamins
    6oz. 90% ground beef pattie
    2 eggs, peppers and onions
    1 pc chef's pizza very small and healthy
    2 eggs, peppers and onions
    1 scoop Casein shake

    I've been looking at your meals on your thread and wished I could eat with you. Sadly I have been too busy to meal prep and get down to a real diet that will work for swimsuit season. Always striving to be better. Thank you BABY1, I think we have mutual respect for each other.

    Thor Thursday:

    I wish Thor was in the house Lots to do today but first the gym. Back at the bench presses. Rake just let me go and do what I wanted without a word. Guess I have been using my shoulder as an excuse for not trying. By the end it was screaming and crying though.

    Thursday:

    Chest and Shoulders

    Hypers 12x3
    Bench Press 45x25 warm-up, 95x6, help on 7, 95x6
    Pullovers 30x20x3
    Dumbbell shrugs 25x12x3
    Fly Machine 60x16, 70x12, 85x8
    Reverse pec deck 45x16 55x12, 70x8
    Seated ab machine 40x20x3
    Decline Bench Press 45x25, 95x7, 95x9
    Shoulder press machine 20x12x3
    Machine Chest Press 40x12x3

    1/2 English muffin 1tbsp butter, 1 tbsp. PB
    Flax, glutamine, grapefruit juice, vitamins
    1/2 Caesars salad w/ 4 oz. chicken breast
    1/2 Caesars salad w/ 4 oz. chicken breast
    1 scoop casein shake

    I have been eating way too much since we have been working at the golf course. Our chef makes the best food on earth. Gaining weight like crazy, time to cut back. Pool season starts this weekend and definitely not ready.

    A day off works wonders. Great workout just light and smooth. Felt a bit tired this afternoon probably because I have been so busy.

    Biceps/ Hams

    StepMill 5 min warm up
    Seated leg curl 30x60x2, 40x60x1 (20 top, 20 bottom, 20 full range) each set
    Preacher pad 25x30, (10 bottom, 10 top, 10 full range) 25x20x2
    Deads 50x20x3
    Lie down ab bench 10x20x3 really stretched it out today
    Kneeling leg curl 35x16, 40x12, 60x8
    Bi machine single arm 20x16, 25x12, 30x8
    Lie down leg curl 60x20, 70 x16, 80x12

    1/2 C Wheaties, 1/2 C 1% milk
    Flax, Glutamine, grapefruit juice vitamins
    1 scoop whey shakew/ vitamins
    1/2 Pure Protein Bar
    Chicken breast sautéed w/ peppers and onion, asparagus, sautéed spinach
    1 scoop Casein shake
