    I have to work in with Rake so I have to make sure we don't waste much time unloading for my tiny butt. I really hate a slow workout.

    OK, no workout day, I stay home on Thursday mornings to get some housework done. Rake goes to work and inadvertently hears what will be going on for the day in the VIP section of the Sports Book. Today Rake picks me up and we go to work for the afternoon at 12:30. One of the old Italian guys had his wife prepare Lasagne, Meatballs and sausage. I'm on my 2nd no carb day so only Rake ate. Our life is pretty great, homemade food when we get to work. Someone made Rake some special pastry cake too. They get really offended when we won't eat what they bring for us and tease us for days about dieting.

    Haha my gf is dressed as a Xena warrior/ dragon slayer for Halloweem tmra. I'm going to wear her sons dragon head she made and she'll swap the tail to a different black suit she rigged up...
    I told her she should have dressed as a cougar...

    That's right...glad you are liking it, I have been randomly passing it out to friends and family to try, I love it!!! Nikki is back in the gym, she is walking funny today from leg day yesterday, we hit back/bi's today, so she is getting back to her normal self...she has been down for 3 weeks, so she will experience the wonderful world of muscle memory here in the next couple weeks. Keep killing it girl, and if there is anything in the store you want to try just hit me up...only because you are special .

    Back at my regular gym and the JERK is as sweet as PIE now that I *****ed him out. He's all for working in now. Rake laughed at him a little. LOL, and he is not bullying my peeps anymore. I am the ruler! "Super*****" is my title. I made the most of today and was totally spent, had to take a nap.

    Biceps/ Hams Wednesdays

    5 Min Stairmaster level 8
    Seated leg curl 40x60x3
    Bicep, bar 25x30x1, 45x12x2
    Seated leg press plated 180x23, 225x17, 270x8 I did more last week? Thought 3 pps was great today, guess not
    Slant board side to side crunches 25x3
    Single arm bicep, the long orange band doubled 10lbs x12x3 each side
    Lie down leg curl 65x16, 75x14, 85x12
    HS plated curls 25x16, 30x12x2
    HS Ab crunch 20x25x3

    No Carb , Cal 1200 10/29
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins,
    2 scoop ISO 100 Pina Colada flavor w/ 2 C Almond Milk
    Turkey Meat Loaf
    Turkey Meat Loaf

    Rake uses 80, we are fine, it's only a worm up.

    Slant board side to side crunches 25x3
    Single arm tricep 10x12x3 with the short red band doubled. HA broke the band on the last set so moved to 40 lbs for the last 4 reps on the rt side
    HS Single leg extension 45x12x3 each leg
    Overhead Tricep rope pull 80x16, 90x12, 100x8
    HS Ab Crunch 20x25x3
    Rowing machine, 1500m

    No Carb , Cal 1200 10/20
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins,
    3 whole eggs w/ sauteed mushrooms and zuchini
    Turkey Meat Loaf
    12 oz Serloin steak and green beans
    2 scoop ISO 100 Pina Colada flavor w/ 2 C Almond Milk
    2+ liters water
    When I find out Im using the same weight as a woman on the high rep leg ext warm ups its time to up the weight.... thanks for the motivation trixie... lol

    I tore it up today! I really am stronger but I just want to be "Barbie". Rake just bought me a bunch of new clothes and I am looking pretty good compared to anyone. Guns is right 'of course' when he tells me I will be happy with the results of my bulk run. I still weigh a lot but my rings are slipping circles around my finger. I don't really understand this theory but it obviously works. I'm all in on the guns program.
