    so maybe ol guns knows a little bit about a thing or two every now and then eh? and if you got someone willing to sponsor and back you to compete then what do you have to lose? now saying that like i told you before if you are doing it for another reason than wanting to do it for yourself then it most likely wont work out. but if you are wanting to get up there for you and your accomplishment then the sky is the limit and i say go for it. i bet you can do some damage in the masters divisions no problem at all

    Back at it in the gym! Great day. That silly guy won't stop hounding me and now says he will sponsor me if I enter a show. Every time I look at the competitors I can't imagine being lean enough. I did finally look up the Nevada association though. I think it's like eating more calories to me, I never thought it would work but now I've been proved wrong. This diet is working and I am on my way back down the scale. I'm eating a pound of ground turkey today. Going to knock off the bacon and red meat for the next 4 weeks. Rake is taking me to the Flamingo Hotel for our anniversary and I hear the crowd is a little younger and rowdy. I may look better than those twenty somethings. LOL

    Life is great jump on in.

    I'm Back! Good to go and great workout! Got my bands in yesterday and have to go check out a bunch of videos to learn how to use them. Love life but have to work this week so a little limited on time. Great diet too.

    Biceps/ Hams Wednesdays/Saturdays

    5 min Stair Master level 7 warm up
    Seated leg curl 60x60x3
    Bicep, bar 25x30x3
    Dead Lift 60x16, 70x16, 80x16
    Slant board sit ups 25x3
    Single arm Bicep 20x12, 5 holds, 12 more reps left, 20x10, 5 holds, 10 more reps right 3 sets
    Lie down leg curl 40x20, 50x20, 65, 50, 40, 30, 20x10 ds no rest change pin
    HS Plated bicep curl 25x15, 30x12,35x10
    HS Ab Crunches 20x35x3


    Medium Carb 60 Cal 1600 7/16
    2 whole eggs
    1/4 C Rice
    turkey sausage
    2 scoop Her Whey, Vanilla Cupcake flavor w/ water

    hit those cal numbers and you will kill it. i havent really been relaxing so much lol. the cake was delicious and it is all gone now. i killed that puppy off
