Amazing progress Trixie! You have a very great and detailed log here. I love that you are posting pictures that really keeps everything interesting. I also hated that you posted pictures because all the food looks so great and well now I'm starving haha.
Cant wait to see more, keep up the great work you are very motivating that is for sure!

WOW, does it feel great to be home. I feel human again, that time difference really hits you hard when the work that needs to be done starts early and you go to bed extra late from traveling. I got to come home to my order from TGB, Dymatize Pina Colada Flavor went straight into the shaker and guns is right again delicious. I also see that there is virtually no carbs so on those low and no carb days this is a perfect choice. The Gaspari Myofusion in Chocolate Peanut butter flavor is here too and it looks similar to the ON Gold Standard I have been taking with just a few more carbs so I will save that for higher carb days. I swear I am going to figure out this diet if it kills me.
So when I said the diet was going down hill the longer my trip lasted I wasn't joking. I ended up at Arby's last night for the Ruben sandwich and went to Denny's this morning for a Grand Slam. Rake and My son are both totally disappointed in me. Just screwed the pooch on back to backs. But when I got home my son had a few grilled chicken breasts waiting for me and I can't wait to get back at it tomorrow.

Re: Trixie's Fat to Fab Fun Run
Hey Yall, It's kind of boring when you don't have time to train. This trip hasn't been too bad just very long and tiring. We are about half way through now. We are missing at least 3 workouts maybe Friday too if I feel this tired still. We had a good meal plan yesterday and it worked. The rest of the trip will go a little downhill we had yogurt and a shake early, then some Spanish rice I brought along, Subway sandwich for lunch and probably a shake in a little while. We brought turkey lunch meat and cheese so that has filled the gaps. Will be happy when we are home and back to our routine.

Re: Trixie's Fat to Fab Fun Run
I realize that; I was abnormally sensitive yesterday after hearing about that trip and losing my friend. Definitely I'm hardly ever like that and my diet was better today but it will take me awhile longer to get through all that chicken. Thanks a million for caring.Originally posted by guns01 View Posthey now their is no point in getting upset about it. you are still learning the process as well as your body and how it handles foods. what i want you to keep in mind is for a normal healthy sedimentary person it takes 2k cals a day for them to maintain themselves. that is no gain and no loss and they dont do a single thing at all. now you are an active person that trains hard works hard and takes care of your family. so that means you burn quite a few cals off the bat. so what i am trying to get you to balance is enough protein fat and carbs as well as cals to maintain your muscle healthily while letting you strip away fat. so when you drop those cals way to low and then you burn off a bunch ontop of barely taking any end that puts your body into starvation mode. this in turn turns off your fat burning process and your body starts to burn off its muscle. that's just how we are wired and their is no way to prevent it other than tricking it into doing what we want it to do. that's all i was trying to point out because i would rather see you up closer to 1800 to 2k cals a day so if you burn 500 that gives you 1500 to maintain your muscle

I was crying when guns told me about calories yesterday. Had to go load up on chicken breast. I really want to do this right. Rake thinks I am eating too much, time will tell. Thanks for the picture, that was my sweet treat for the day. Pictures of my guys.
