    Wednesday: good primary day.
    Thursday: Off Rake was so depressed he had to go back to sleep
    Friday: Breezed through a light secondary Quad day.
    Saturday: Off
    Sunday: Trial Thanksgiving Dinner. Get to see my boys and eat some great food.

    Oops! no cardio today. Got back to the gym and everyone was flooding out because of a bomb threat. Seems crazy but it was shut all the way down so I washed the car instead.

    5 min StepMill warm-up
    Bridges
    Leg extensions 45x60x3 (20 lower, 20 Upper, 20 full range)
    Asisted Tri machine 60# counterweight x12x3
    Hack 45x12, 90x12x2
    Seated Ab machine 12+12+12 Oblique’s & crunches 2 sets
    Roller Work
    Single leg extensions 40, 50, 60x12 ea. 70x8

    Hot Hula cardio

    This Hula class is so much harder than I expected. The concentration it takes to get the moves right is fierce. This seems to be a very sloppy version of belly dancing.I prefer belly dancing but this is the class they offer so going to be working to get it right. Much better than the treadmill or step mill. I have added way to many carbs back into my diet so paying close attention to that moving forward.

    Great week in the gym but I was as dumb as a DoDo Bird this week. Made several mistakes with my work and can't remember even the simplest things. Rake just gave me that 'you're pathetic' look all week. Super excited about getting 4 days of cardio in.

    Zumba Class

    No lie, I was talking with a friend for the first 10 minutes in the gym until Rake said, ‘that’s enough’, she got scared cause Rake is so mean. No warm-up and no rest on the bench presses cut my last set short. Have to say my Oblique’s are super strong, they will be impressive when the fat peels off of them. Rows kill me every time and the soreness from Monday really hit home on these. Overall great day! Forgot how much fun Zumba is, can’t wait for next week’s class.

    So many great workouts in a row I almost feel guilty. Now that I think about it the rest days must be agreeing with me. Learning lots of new stuff about my training and diet from this year.     That is awesome. Sometimes I will just lay there and tell my partner to add weight but I don't know how much he's adding.
