We never drank for 23 years, and yes Rake is having much more fun with me drunk every once' oh hell every day' no carbs in straight vodka but calories for sure. I may quit if i decide to prep for a show next spring. Life is grand! Super strong on the gym today and still sore from the rest of the week. I think that is a good thing. Just so happy not to be sick anymore, unfortunately it will be a long time before I will want to eat turkey meatloaf again. I'm planning to turn it up a notch and add some fasted cardio in. I see all you guys doing it so it must work: since I'm half your size can I do half the time? LOL
