    look at them legs woot woot.

    i like what you said about the fruit lol. people think they are eating healthy by having fruit sugars but the sad fact of the matter about fruit is this, 50g of sugar from a fruit causes the same effect from your pancreas that 50g of sugar from a piece of cake. the body cant tell any difference at all and the same amount of insulin is released either way. keep doing what you are doing trix and if you want to have some sugar have something you enjoy (in moderation and on cheat days only lol)

    Great day I learned a lot. Fruit is not worth the carbs or the calories. Screwed my carb count up with the mango. I bought new lounges for around my pool and set up 2 Mister Frogs on the deck. Waiting til a little later to brush my pool. It's 106 now so too hot for me. Need some pictures for my Tour so i will be out on the town for a couple days starting tomorrow at a Pool.

    Biceps/ Hams Wednesdays/Saturdays

    5 min Stair Master level 7 warm up
    Seated leg curl 60x60x3
    Bicep, bar 25x30x3
    Seated leg press 90x10, 5 10 sec holds w partner pressing, 90x10, 3 sets
    Slant board side to side crunches 35x3 holding 10 lb plate
    Single arm bicep 40x10x3 left, 40x8x3 right
    Lie down leg curl 30x10, 5 w 10 sec holds, 30x10 x2 sets, Knee hurts from yesterday
    HS Plated bicep curl 22x10, 5 w 10 sec holds by partner, 20x10, 3 sets
    Ab crunches 200x1
    10 Min Treadmill 15 incline, 2.0 spd pushing belt


    High Carb 100, Cal 2000
    2 whole eggs,
    Cream of Rice cereal w splenda & 1/2 C vanilla almond milk
    Turkey Sausage
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins,
    1 Scoop Syntha-6 Strawberry w 1 C almond milk
    1 C ff Cottage Cheese
    1 Medium Mango
    Sweet potato
    Pork Tenderloin
    2 Scoop MyoFusion w/ 2C almond milk

His was easier and since he always cheats we did it his way. OBEDIENT WIFE HE HAS. At least I could still walk.

    Just spent 2 days at local pools and life is great!! Been feeling pretty thin finally, yeah. Got a great work out today and was super hungry so I ate every bit of the 2000 calories I had allowed.

    Beautiful day and I didn't even have to take Alieve before my workout. Rake did however think he was going to kill me and try to have us do all 3 circuits and the usual extra crap we usually do too. I just couldn't go for that. Got in 2 circuits and ab work. We are headed out to the pool at the Aria to people watch and play backgammon.

    I started off conservative on weight cause I know the pain I have had with the DS. Rake on the other hand couldn't finish his last 10 on the second and third set of anything so someone has to tell him to lighten up to get the reps in. Just like a man. I get to smile while I get all my reps in. You know I will move it up. I am not the beast I was a couple weeks ago so I am making sure I don't get hurt. LOL
