    You guys all keep me going, thank you. Rake's changing our routine and even though we are spending less time in the gym we have been totally spent by the time we walk out. He is a little nervous about it but he's on board for long enough to see if it will work for us. My life is much easier being on a more static diet with less thinking and preparing, lol.
    I have a couple tricks I'm going to start using this week and I hope they work like I think they will.

    Quads/Tris

    5 min Stairmaster level 7
    Leg extensions 45x60/3(warmup)
    Dips 42lb counterweight 20x3
    Hack squats 0lbs x10 reps, 5 reps with partner pressing 10 sec ea, 10 reps, 3 sets
    Slant board side to side crunches 35x3
    Single arm tricep 35x114x3 left, 35x12x3 right
    HS iso leg extension 20x10, 5 reps with partner pressing 10 sec ea, 10 reps, 3 sets
    Triceps pull down Rope 80x12x3
    Hammer strength Ab Crunch 20bs x35x3


    Turkey Meatloaf
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins,
    2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w/ water, vitamins
    3 Eggs
    Turkey Sausage
    Tilapia, Asparigus
    1 C ff Cottage Cheese
    2 scoop ISO 100 Pina Colada flavor w/ water

    Pro 240g, Carb 33g, Fat 28, Cal 1485

    Thank you Lunchbox! I enjoyed reading your log over the weekend, very few really heavy people make it back into good shape. That is truly inspiring, bet your GF is loving it. I would have not been able to make as much progress without having started with the Transformation Contest it really gave me the motivation I needed. You are going to love it here, everyone helps and encourages as much as much as you want and as much as they can.

    Thank you both, I have really worked hard to get the results I want with my diet. I can not take all the credit though. I was given a plan that has been proven and all I have to do is follow it. I have seen progress in every aspect of my training and eating so I'm sticking with it. Thanks to everyone who helps and encourages me, I couldn't do it without all of you.

    Halleluiah!! I made it all the way through the week without missing a workout. Got 1, 2-a-day in on Wednesday. I am really looking forward to tomorrow being cardio only and abs, well I always try to sneak in some butt, anyway I am really sore and can't stand up straight. This has been my best week ever, having guns01 show me some of his special torture was a real treat. I wish I could train with him all the time. The guys and gals he works with are very fortunate to have someone with so much knowledge and practical experience. He also has the biggest heart for anyone who want's his help and is willing to work to improve themselves. I don't have to tell you all because you Know. I have been reading threads nonstop this weekend he has shown up for absolutely everyone. Big bonus for me is Rake even likes him and he doesn't like anyone. Joining this site has been the single most inspiring thing I have ever done.
