9-10-14 I'm at 267 today and am gonna take a few days of low carb / low cal to see where I'm at size wise. Take off the water I'm holding just to we if I'm Happy with my size in the mirrow scales are good but I go more by the way I perceive my size by looking it over. If I'm happy with the muscle volume I'm gonna cruise for a mth and then come back and start with a mild cutting cycle and start a slow prep for compote too. Next year I'll update my food and workout log this afternoon
