    that's cool but you do realize that it's the diet and body fat that is what makes the abs show and pop not the training. i have done entire preps a few times with zero ab training and still had the same effect. dumb move on my part because they do help stablize your lower back. i train the much more now just for that reason but the trade off again is that they will grow with more training

    dude, i have to ask, how the hell are you doing freaking abs for 30 mins? i do 8-12 sets of super sets or tri sets in about 10 mins and that's taking my sweet time. are you actually sucking your gut in as hard as you can in the stretch and blowing out on the contraction squeezing as hard as you can? i do sets of 10-15 and if i did that for 30 mins i would be worthless for a week haha and my abs are pretty conditioned now

    I'm going to be eating a lot healthier now too since I now have a normal commute to work every day after 7 years of traveling. Starting Monday it's all back to serious training and eating for me. I still don't think I could eat as few of carbs that you have there though. I admire your dedication.
