    WOW!!! This is the top 2 for vacations in my lifetime. I had a blast. Guns is 'ALL THAT AND A BAG OF CHIPS". This competition day was grueling for spectators and I can't even imagine how hard it is on the competitors. This is a 16+ hour work day for Guns after he has already depleted himself to an extreme extent. He was up in the first posing round and had to go up dead last for the night as well. He's a champ and came home with 3 Huge trophy's.

    I was blessed enough to have him give me a couple crash training sessions. I got back and shoulders Sunday and Quads and Hams today and all I have to say is.... I wore a dress and heels home today so that I was forced into walking like a girl instead of a cripple. I had to have Rake peel that dress off my shoulders because I couldn't raise my arms enough to get it off . Rake says Guns turned you into man shoulders in one day. LOL.

    Fly machine 70x12x3 on chest, 40x12x3 on rear delts
    Slant Board side to side crunches 35x3
    Smith Machine bh shoulder presses 10 x16x3
    HS Plated Wide Chest 90x12x3, 45lb plate on each side.
    Body Maters Back , T Bar Row 10lb plate 12x3
    HS Ab Crunch 10x50x2
    Decline bench press 55x16 reps wide, 16 reps close and 16 reps reg grip
    HS Plated shoulder press 40x12x3, 20lbs each side
    Hoist Chest Press 65x20x3
    Ab crunches 200x2

    OK, Dragged my butt again today. I'd get a lot better workouts in if I never had to work. These late nights are killing me.     Super busy this week and I started to feel it at the gym today. I drug it around a little. Yesterday I ate fish and steak but never had enough time to put it all down on paper. Today it's all chicken; eggs and grilled breasts all day, no time to write it up but I got this down now and I am right on target. I get high carbs tomorrow so I will be thinking a little better. Still boosting the weight in the gym a bit and having fun. Out to work love to all.

    Biceps/ Hams Wednesdays/Saturdays

    5 min Stair Master level 7 warm up
    Seated leg curl 47x60x3
    Bicep, bar 35x12x3
    U-Tread squat 50, 63x20, 90, 80, 70, 60, 50 x10ds no rest
    Slant board side to side crunches 35x3
    Single arm bicep 30x14x3 left, 30x12x3 right
    Lie down leg curl 20x20, 40x20, 65, 50, 40, 30, 20 x10ds no rest
    HS Plated bicep curl 20x15, 25x12, 30x10, 35x8 that’s the limit right there on this last set still
    HS Ab crunch 20x50x2
    Plated leg press 180x12x3
    Wide grip cable bicep 40x16x3
    Dead lift 50, 60, 70 x12 each
    Ab crunches 200x2
    Abs, Leg lifts 10 reps 3 sets

    Thank you very much! It is getting easier to put the diet together and it seems to be working. Feeling great today so the dentist did a good job.

    Lucky Me Rake's boss' home gym has my favorite machine in the whole wide world and He's never in town so it's up for grabs. The view from the spa isn't bad either. Going to have to hit that up at least once a week.

    OK , got this up late, took awhile to get my head straight, Cardio and Abs in the gym today but had to do the back extensions cause I like the hurt, mostly walked around looking good fanning myself LOL. Did do the Step Mill that is way too big for my little legs. Had to pick them up high to get that in, hope it builds my flat butt.
