Nice way to eat I like that a lot my wife should take notes from you
Thank you both, I have really worked hard to get the results I want with my diet. I can not take all the credit though. I was given a plan that has been proven and all I have to do is follow it. I have seen progress in every aspect of my training and eating so I'm sticking with it. Thanks to everyone who helps and encourages me, I couldn't do it without all of you. ~Trixie~
What a wonderful log! Awesome work Trixie!! I know there is nothing more gratifying than choosing to make a change like this and kicking it in the rear.

Keep it up!
Onward through the fog...
Thank you Lunchbox! I enjoyed reading your log over the weekend, very few really heavy people make it back into good shape. That is truly inspiring, bet your GF is loving it. I would have not been able to make as much progress without having started with the Transformation Contest it really gave me the motivation I needed. You are going to love it here, everyone helps and encourages as much as much as you want and as much as they can. ~Trixie~
Back at it today! Rake changed up everything we do so it's going to take me awhile to get it down on paper. Chest and Back like all Mondays but we used a lot of dumbbells and used that trick with your partner pushing and pulling for 5 second isolated holds in between the reps. We didn't spend as much time as usual and we were totally spent by the end. He still made me do the ab crunches though. I'm thinking if I hadn't gone out to the Martini Bar for a date last night I may feel a bit better today. All that dancing wears me out.

You guys all keep me going, thank you. Rake's changing our routine and even though we are spending less time in the gym we have been totally spent by the time we walk out. He is a little nervous about it but he's on board for long enough to see if it will work for us. My life is much easier being on a more static diet with less thinking and preparing, lol.
I have a couple tricks I'm going to start using this week and I hope they work like I think they will.

that looks kinda familiar lol. give it a few wks and keep moving the weights up. you will see some new gains and improvements that's for damn sure
I started off conservative on weight cause I know the pain I have had with the DS. Rake on the other hand couldn't finish his last 10 on the second and third set of anything so someone has to tell him to lighten up to get the reps in. Just like a man. I get to smile while I get all my reps in. You know I will move it up. I am not the beast I was a couple weeks ago so I am making sure I don't get hurt. LOL
Beautiful day and I didn't even have to take Alieve before my workout. Rake did however think he was going to kill me and try to have us do all 3 circuits and the usual extra crap we usually do too. I just couldn't go for that. Got in 2 circuits and ab work. We are headed out to the pool at the Aria to people watch and play backgammon.
