Happy New Year! I'm so happy to see so many others have kept up the good work of logging frequently it is encouraging.
Last week got in 2 quad days and a ham day. First ham day in 2 months thank God I have a high toilet.
Finally breaking free of the ominous work schedule. Got 4 days in this week so far and two sessions in today.
I will be helping my sister-in-law get in the gym and back to a healthy weight. Planning 3 days a week with her and getting at least 5 days in with Rake.
No more chocolate Kisses and Fireball for me.

Trixie chin up life is a pain in the ass when it comes to our fitness goals. Guns is right you guys will be good. I love you guns! You have so much faith in the fact that we will endure and eventually we will. Just have crap piling on crap right now. I did get a decent 2 days in last week and 2 in this week so far. Unfortunately I can see the muscle loss especially in the loose skin on my thighs. Got to get back at this. In the past month I only put in a handful of lifting days but I have done a bunch of cardio sessions.Just trying to find something that works into my schedule right now. Never realized how sweet semi-retirement was. Rake goes in at 7am every morning then comes home to pick me up for the job we do every afternoon. We'll get our workouts back in the schedule soon.
