                          most do a big muscle group and a small muscle group. legs would be quads am hams pm back am tris pm chest am bis pm and so on. no particular method to the madness but some people say hit the hardest early because at the end of the day you might not have enough left in the tank to tear it up twice. i do it myself from time to time but we usually just do it on a chest and shoulder day.

                              Well just got done with my 2nd chest and bicep workout and my first experience at planet fitness. The afternoon workout is with my wife she won't come to the dungeon where I train in the mornings. Where I can yell cus scream throw shit. So it was kind of interesting they have this fleet of cardio equipment in there and it's all pointed at the weight training area. I bet their was 40 people on different pieces of equipment. Felt like a monkey in a cage. Lol but it was cool got to use some machines that I had never used.
                              Seated bench machine
                              Did 5 sets
                              Pec deck that is way different than at my gym
                              Did 4 sets
                              Curl machine
                              6 sets

                                Awesome-some times its good to use some different equipment. Makes your brain and body work different
