I am actually in the hospital. Came in yesterday thought I was having a heartattack or something along those lines. Seems I was so dehydrated that it was causing the chest pains. So I'm still sitting here in the hospital waiting to talk to the dr.

Thanks brother you send lime my wife. I had drank 8 16 oz bottles of water from like 10 -5 but I guess I must have sweat 200 oz out. I am looking to buy a break if you know of one for sale. Lol
Ok just talked to the dr his exact word were Damn you were dry. Guns I'm sure you probably know what these numbers mean. When admitted muscle enzymes were 1700 plus they are now 400.

The scary part to me is that I was drinking as much water as I usually do. But like my Dr said their are no electrolytes in water. I'm not sure what has changed so much inside my body. Not sure if it's age. If it's that 8 months recovering from the tricep injury. Cause since that surgery. It doesn't seem like i know my body the way that I used too.

i sweat like a freaking hog man. i mean i sweat just sitting in my chair inside in the ac. so at a min i have to take in 2 gals per day and then i try to hit no more than 2 and a half. i put in 99mg of potassium sup and i add mustard to everything protein i eat for sodium. i also eat sweet potatoes pretty much daily or at least red potatoes. toss in my intra workout drink which has hydra max as well. may need to look into some hydramax at least. that way you know your getting enough electro in daily

Good moonin good moonin FG. Man I feel pretty Damn good guess I really needed those 8 bags of fluid. Lol. At least I got work pretty much caught up though it almost killed me. Got me a apprentice hired yesterday. So I will be training as much as working so that will slow the pace drastically. I'm hoping I can get show ready by November. Time will tell. Pull day this morning.
