          Good morning FG. I am very ture of feeling just wore out. Been super busy at work it has been crazy it's February and 80 degrees so construction is booming like it's summer. Got a quick arm workout going to star focusing more in them individually try to get that right one t Ok catch up.

              Have to figure out how to get the right side to catch up. It seems like the left side is actually going through a growth spirt. Hate to complain about that but do not need any bigger gap .

                Good morning FG. Was having a great workout then a old friend seen my truck at the gym. I guess sometimes it's better to see an old friend. Sometimes lol

                    He actually showed up before I was even done with the deadlifts. I believe it would have got a lot heavier lost my momentum.
