    Good morning FG. Thudgens here I have moved my thread to this forum. Now that I'm a rep for mbp. I figured it was just right to remove myself from the previous forum. I hope everyone has a great day. Got an awesome shoulder workout in. Nice and swelled.

    Looks like alot of volume...delts must have been swollen after this.

      Yes sir felt great over the years I've found that my shoulders respond a whole lot better with volume not so much weight

        Yeah a strength coach I follow says shoulders respond better to high volume and time under tension. I should adapt this practice.

          I agree completely. The only thing big weight ever got my shoulders was hurt. At one time I could barbell press 275-280 some where in their. And my shoulders didn't look anything like they do now.

            Good morning FG hope all is well with everyone. Life has been kicking my ass a bit last couple of days. But I managed to get a decent workout in this morning with some back and biceps.

                  No brother I was alternating db curls with Rope hammer curls. Those were the rope hammers. I wish I was curling the hundreds before my accident I could get a couple with the 80 's but that's as heavy as I've got curling db

                    My shoulders are the same and respond much better to higher volume.

                      Good chest session. Very happy I know the numbers aren't big. Their not big from where I used to be but strength is going crazy. And I feel strong solid full. Pretty pleased.

                        Good morning FG hope all is well with all of you. Little pissed disappointed. However you want to say it. Workout did not go as planned. Have the worst case of gas I have ever had. Burping Uncontrollably.
