Lol. Man I'm to laid back to be this busy. Now summer is here flippin yard is huge and a disaster. Brother their are not enough hours in the day. I guess I will have to get one of those miners hats and do the yard work at night. Lol
Good morning FG. Good solid back workout this morning. It's Friday so I'm wore the fuck out. Getting old for all that crawling around under house and balancing on rafters going through the addict. Yesterday I was on a roof putting a new flashing for a flu pipe. It was considerably steeper than a 12-12. By the time I got it done every muscle from about mid abdomen down was just freakin trembling. Any way.

I stay in the bottom of the rep I watched a video a few years ago where Hany Rambod. Explained how he instructs his people to do them I tried it. And it worked for me. Guess you would call it a half rep. At the half way point he said quit moving the weight and squeeze the muscle. I feel a little silly explaining anything about training to you man. I'm sure you don't need my 2 cents
