    I think you have started a conspiracy against me on this and they laugh at me every day now. I'm going to have to change gyms. Rake is letting people talk to me now and he sets me up for that knuckle thing with about 10 guys a day. Soon I'll be socializing instead of working out. 2 people asked for help and 1 man asked what we were doing with those holds some special torture?

    It's a 'HOT ONE'. A buck twelve out there today, we have been house bound since 10:30 am when we got home from the gym. We wore our team shirts today and everyone went wild. Got a guy that is hounding me every 2 days about competing and I am running out of excuses, he just laughs at me now. I'll have to tell him, pick the show, I'll go when you do, to get him off my back. Great day in the gym and people can't stop staring at the stuff we are doing now. I love my life.

    looks like you are hitting those numbers pretty close there trixie. if i see you dip under 14-1500 we are going to have to have some issues

    It's only 109 today! We had a good workout and going to try to kill it this week. May stay home cause it is just too hot to be jaunting around town in this heat. Here's the line-up for today.

    Mondays Chest and Back

    Back extensions 20 reps 3 sets 10lb weight
    DB Bench Press 15lb x20x1, 17.5x20x1, 20x20x1
    Pull Overs 35x16x3
    Lat pulls machine 75x10, 5 10 sec hold partner, 10 more reps x 3 sets

    Narrow grip latpull down 60x15x1, 75x12x1, 90x10x1

    I'm sure you see that I am trying to get as close to the diet plan numbers as I can and still have a little variety in my diet for Rake. Hope it is not so far off that I won't make progress.

    Back at it and I didn't break the bank over the weekend. I had 3 eggs and 2 turkey sausage patties before we headed to the Aria pool yesterday. We were planning on getting lounges then go to work out at a nearby club but had a hassle with a new security guard and decided to stay at the pool to make sure we had a good day. No work out, oh well. We waited till about 11 then ordered a pitcher of Bloody Marys. Then we went to cruise all 4 pools and Rake took advantage of the fountains for a much needed back massage.
