    Wonderful shoulder day and still feel great. Unfortunately my son that works out every day found my Contraband, now I have to put it in the safe.

    Chest and Shoulders on Thursdays

    Back extensions 20x3
    Bench Press 55x25 reps wide, 25 reps close and 25 reps reg grip.
    Pullovers 30lbDumbell 16x3
    Shoulder shrugs 15lbs dumb bells 16x3
    Fly machine 700x12x3 on chest, 40x12x3 on rear delts
    Slant Board side to side crunches 35x3
    Smith Machine bh shoulder presses 10 x16x3
    HS Plated Wide Chest 90x16x3, 45lb plate on each side.
    Wide grip shoulder row 50x16x3
    HS Ab Crunch 20x50x2
    Decline bench press 55x20 reps wide, 20 reps close and 20 reps reg grip
    HS Plated shoulder press 30x16x3, 15lbs each side
    Hoist Bench Press 65x20x3
    Ab crunches 200x2


    2 c coffee
    2 whole eggs, Pro 12, Fat 8
    Cream of rice cereal, 1 tbsp sugar free jelly Carb 20g
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins, 2 oz grapefruit juice Pro 3g, Carb 9g
    Off to workout
    2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w water / vitamins, Pro 48g, Carb 6g
    1 Tbsp Coconut oil, Fat 14g
    1 C fat free plain greek yogurt Pro 18g, Carb 7g
    Grilled ground beef patty 10% fat Pro 62g, Fat 30g, 2 small tomatoes raw Pro 2g, Carb 9g, jalepenos,
    1 Scoop Syntha-6 Strawberry Milkshake flavor w/ water, Pro 22g, Carb 13g
    3+ liters water
    TOTAL: Pro 167g, Carb 64g, Fat 52g

    YAY!! I just got a package and it looks like my TGB Prize. This is super, I got a 25 serving jar of Contraband, a new Shaker and a huge variety of Fat Burners and Pre Workouts. Definitely can use all this! In fact I'm going to try that Contraband right now cause I'm heading out for Zumba with Pete. (he's the teacher)

    You want few egg yolks because of the cholesterol in them. The fat depending on your diet might not be such a big deal. But Trixie I have to say you have one amazing body on you wow.

    Wonderful day today! My youngest son is working to get our '89' 5.0 Mustang Hatchback up and running. That boy has a lot of tenacity, he took 4 separate trips to the parts store yesterday. Guess he's tired of driving an old Town Car with no AC. Anyhoo this was a great day in the gym and I was spent by the end. Luckily I got a second wind and came home to get a couple meals cooked. We have lots of work in the yard and on the pool to do so I'm glad I'm not too tired. Must be my diet.

    Biceps/ Hams Wednesdays/Saturdays

    Back Extensions 20x3
    Seated leg curl 47x60x3
    Bicep, bar 25x20x3
    U-Tread squat 35, 45x20, 90, 80, 70 x10ds no rest
    Slant board side to side crunches 35x3
    Single arm bicep 25x14x3 left, 25x12x3 right
    Lie down leg curl 20x20, 30x15, 40x12, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 x10ds no rest, this is getting easier
    HS Plated bicep curl 20x15, 25x12, 30x10, 35x8 that’s the limit right there on this last set
    HS Ab crunch 20x50x2
    Plated leg press 45x15, 90x12, 135x10, 180x8
    Wide grip cable bicep 30x15, 40x12, 50x10, 60x8
    Dead lift 35x20x3
    Ab crunches 200x2
    Abs, Lying on a bench with my rear at the end, Leg lifts and stopped just short of my heels tapping the floor 25reps 4sets

    Back at 4:30 Zumba class

    their is absolutely nothing wrong with egg yolks whatsoever. the old school mentality that they raise your cholesterol has been proven incorrect. i used to eat up to 60 or more whole eggs a day when they were dirt cheap and my numbers were perfect.. i even told my doc haha and he said it wouldnt hurt me but changing foods up would probably keep me more sane. you got to do what you have to do on a budget lol.
    i have my wife and a lot of the lifestyle diet change people i work with use the omega reinforced eggs. that way they can get their omega 3-6 fats in without having to take fish oil.

    you see that trixie? we got you eating a bit more and you are still losing. now we need to find that top point of your cals where we can gain a touch of muscle at the same time as we trim off that imaginary bodyfat that you and every other woman in the world sees lol

    you can be under or over around 10g or so trixie it wont kill you. i nice cheat meal about every 10 days or so is also good to spike your metabolism up nicely
