    got to stay consistent on those diet numbers trix and only have fudges and cheats at prescribed planned points. over eating and under eating will have the exact same affect as we have talked about before

    K been missing awhile:

    I worked out every day + Sunday cardio, Got 2-a-days in on 3 days. Lots of actual manual labor in every day this week. Still need to burn away this extra fat. ??? Suggestions??

    I loved my workout yesterday and must have had a great time at the Aria pool. Stopped by the bar after to say hi to everyone then lost my Bikini Bottoms somewhere between there and the bedroom. LOST, GONE, MISSING, seriously? who does that?? I had a dress on and Rake thinks I gave them to a tourist.

    Sunday cardio = 45 minutes of treadmill drudgery.

    Thanks for noticing, you are right my back is getting better every day and I was able to push around some pretty good weight early on this week. Love this life just hope to start seeing the scale move a bit from these two-a-days.

    Just glad I am getting everything done today. I have a head cold and acting like a baby cause I hardly ever get sick. Maybe once every 2 yrs or so. We plan to lay in the sun at the Aria pool all day tomorrow.

    Kicked up the game kids. Just had to try out the 25's on my bench bar today only did one on the flat bench but eeked out 2 on the decline. Great day, super strong and my back is doing good.     I have taken the shot gun approach for a 4 week body upgrade. Ditched the am cardio and work in with Rake on extras he does every day. Opted for afternoon cardio 1 hour with ab work. Promised myself to include at least one manual labor project at the house or at work 5 days a week. Started tracking my diet again, big help. Was completely wiped out after my project with Rake today; power wash and reseal a large driveway. Since I'm still committed to my cardio session I took bpi sports, Vortex pre training powder Snow Cone flavor 'delicious' at 2pm. Got to the gym by 3:30 and had a great session. Even had a regular amount of energy til 8 when I fell dead asleep.
