    Another FABULOUS day in the gym! I was strong probably because I had a few snacks after 3pm. Babybel cheese, hand full almonds, turkey lunch meat, cucumber. My meal plan is not complete for today cause Rake wants to have our main meal at noon so we can get to the 'Hooters Bikini Contest' by 1pm. We will just be watching lol. I used my "Bodybuilders Body Wash" last night and I liked it. Have a great day yall!

    Hams/ Biceps Wednesdays/ Saturdays

    5 min. Stairmaster level 7
    Back Extensions 12x3
    Seated leg curl 33x60x3 warm up.
    Bicep, bar 25x20x3 this is bar only no extra wt.
    U-Tread squat 25, 35x20ea, 90, 80, 70x10ds no rest. Feet as wide and close to the top as my little legs could handle
    Slant board side to side crunches 35x3
    Single arm bicep 30x14x3 left, 30x12x3 right. Left is weaker so I do extra there
    Lie down leg curl 20x20, 30x15, 40x12, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10x10ds no rest just change pin
    HS Plated bicep curl 20x15, 25x12, 30x10, 35x8
    Hammer strength Ab crunch 20x50x2
    Plated leg press 45x15, 90x12, 135x10, 180x8 Feet out to the side edges of the platform and toes off the top edge
    Wide grip cable bicep 30x15, 40x12, 50x10, 60x8
    Dead lift 35x20, 60x20. Straight leg, wide on first set it works that groin problem I have.
    Ab Roller add 20lbs 100 reps each side oblique
    Ab crunches 200x2
    Adductor 22x25x3 butt suspended
    Ab crunches 200x2


    2 c coffee 2 tbls creamer
    ½ c oatmeal w/ ½ tsp. of raw local bee pollen
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins, 2 oz grapefruit juice
    Off to workout
    2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w water / vitamins
    4 slices Turkey breast lunch meat
    Low Carb Surf & Turf F.I.S.T. Kitchen Lunch
    1 Pear
    1 hard boiled egg
    1 scoop Xtreme Formulations, Lemon Cream Pie, blended with ice and splenda
    3+ liters water

    Phenomenal day in the gym. I totally knocked it out of the park and still have plenty of energy for the rest of the day. I have been weak and tired all week so I looked back at my diet and sleep. I have probably been eating my main meal too early in the day because our work schedule changed; that coupled with the fact that we are hitting the gym 3 to 4 hours earlier than we had been. I will start adding in another small meal in the late afternoon or after my work out to compensate. Seems like there is always something new to figure out, what fun.

    Quads/Tris Tuesdays/Fridays

    Leg extensions 25x20x3 (warm up)
    Hoist Dips 106x20x3
    Hack squats 25 x15, 35 x12, 45 x10, 55x8
    Slant board side to side crunches 35x3
    Single arm tricep 20x20x3
    HS iso leg extension 30x20 40x20 drop set 70x10ds 60x10ds 50x10ds
    Triceps pull down Rope 40, 50 x20, 80, 70, 60, 50, 40 x10 ds
    Hammer strength Ab Crunch 20x50x2
    Leg press 90x20, 110x15 130x12, drop set 150x10ds 130x10ds 110x10ds 90x10ds 70x10ds

    rake liked your post haha. what i say is good job on getting the workout in when you didnt feel like getting it done. i have those days myself but i drive on and it pays off in the end.

    if it makes you feel any better i am on medium carbs and had to go out for more food today on pay day and fight all the stupid people. i would have rather worked personally

    OK, today was hard and I begged to go home almost from the moment I set foot in the gym. Rake said I would need a doctors note to get out of it and what he meant by DR. is a PM from guns. I told him he would get one. Then when we got home he turned on his computer and had a PM. Says he felt a little sick to his stomach over that, but it was something else. Now I'm supposed to get to lay in the sun while the guys work on the pool, but did I ??? Of course not! I"m out front cleaning the pool filter with Rake standing there watching. I say "bet you could drag another hose out here and help" so he disappears. He returns asking me how a hose can feel so heavy for a weightlifter. We just got done with a 2 hour work out. Seriously? LOL. He half cleaned 1 of 4 filters and I had to finish his. Well now I have to get in the kitchen, and heels are definitely manditory in there.

    Chest and Shoulders on Thursdays

    I use the seat position low to work my shoulders more on the chest exercises and high on the shoulder exercises for a greater range of motion.

    Back extensions 12x3
    Bench Press 45x125 reps wide, 25 reps close and 25 reps reg grip.
    Pullovers 30lbDumbell 16x2, 12x1
    Shoulder shrugs 25lbs dumb bells 16x3
    Fly machine 50x12x3 on chest, 25x12x3 on rear delts
    Slant Board side to side crunches 35x3
    Smith Machine bh shoulder presses 20 x12x3
    HS Plated Wide Chest 90x12x3, 45lb plate on each side.
    Body Maters Back , T Bar Row 25lb plate 12x3, (This piece of equipment is really hard for me. You stand up on the platform lay forward on the pad then reach down to take the y shaped bar off the rest. I have a hard time keeping my shoulders back; the whole thing is just so heavy and the range of motion is very specific.)
    HS Ab Crunch 25x50x2
    Decline bench press 45x25 reps wide, 25 reps close and 25 reps reg grip
    HS Plated shoulder press 40x12x3, 20lbs each side
    Hoist Bench Press 65x20x3
    Ab crunches 200x2, 50 each side oblique Ab coaster +20#


    2 c coffee
    ½ c oatmeal w/ ½ tsp. of raw local bee pollen, 1 tbl sp heavy cream
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins, 2 oz grapefruit juice
    Off to workout
    2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w water / vitamins

    1 Scoop Syntha-6 Strawberry Milkshake flavor w/ water

    Great day today! Took 2 Alieve and headed for the gym, my weights were not over the top but I got a great steady ham day in and the added bonus is that I can still walk. I'm heading back at 4:30 to the Zumba class. I'm getting hooked on these tiny little dance teachers if they weren't there I'm not sure I'd want to go back.
