        Thanks push took 2 days off in a row killed me not saying I didn't need the rest for my joints but it shouldn't have been consecutive.

          I hear that, it mentally messes with me to take two in a row off. But sometimes life dictates our schedules and sometimes the body decides when to rest.

                  Good morning FG. Good shoulder and bi session done. I have a question wanted to do another bicep exercise but the pump was so unreal I couldn't even hardly curl the 15 lb db. I know i looked silly as hell.

                              hell no man that's not true. my pt as well as the graston lady both insist on me training afterwards. the pt when my knee was way jacked up a year or 2 back would sched my appt early in the am so she could work me over and then send me into the gym. i am still a much bigger fan of graston and iastm work than regular deep tissue. they can get in so much better to break stuff up. i am about to get mine fired up again on a routine basis

                                I don't know cause like i told you my chiropractor and his graston was a total disappointmant. This guy today had me squirming and even made the eyes water once. My graston I never even changed expressions in my face.
