    They were low on shirts last time i ordered but they came threw in a big way they will make unhappy agin we love ya and did not mean to hit the wrong button I have fat thumbs

        I went to the gym but cut short on almost everything. Thought I'd pound it out but just got this in. No appetite, the day started OK got breakfast and all my Supps in then just a part of a salad, couldn't eat anything else. Maybe tomorrow.

              I'm Back! Good to go and great workout! Got my bands in yesterday and have to go check out a bunch of videos to learn how to use them. Love life but have to work this week so a little limited on time. Great diet too.

                  Back at it in the gym! Great day. That silly guy won't stop hounding me and now says he will sponsor me if I enter a show. Every time I look at the competitors I can't imagine being lean enough. I did finally look up the Nevada association though. I think it's like eating more calories to me, I never thought it would work but now I've been proved wrong. This diet is working and I am on my way back down the scale. I'm eating a pound of ground turkey today. Going to knock off the bacon and red meat for the next 4 weeks. Rake is taking me to the Flamingo Hotel for our anniversary and I hear the crowd is a little younger and rowdy. I may look better than those twenty somethings. LOL

                    so maybe ol guns knows a little bit about a thing or two every now and then eh? and if you got someone willing to sponsor and back you to compete then what do you have to lose? now saying that like i told you before if you are doing it for another reason than wanting to do it for yourself then it most likely wont work out. but if you are wanting to get up there for you and your accomplishment then the sky is the limit and i say go for it. i bet you can do some damage in the masters divisions no problem at all

                          Life is grand! Super strong on the gym today and still sore from the rest of the week. I think that is a good thing. Just so happy not to be sick anymore, unfortunately it will be a long time before I will want to eat turkey meatloaf again. I'm planning to turn it up a notch and add some fasted cardio in. I see all you guys doing it so it must work: since I'm half your size can I do half the time? LOL

                                Well you'd think I was a rookie. Woke up with a hangover so my workout was interesting. Lesson learned don't have drinks on low and no carb days. Thank God Rake makes me go to the gym anyway or I would have stayed in bed.
