    20 Min Treadmill
    Leg extensions 25x60x3 (20 lower, 20 Upper, 20 full range)
    Skull crushers 30x16x3
    Hack 0x16x3
    Lying abs 0x20x3
    20Min Sauna
    On the 3rd day of juice cleanse so I took the lifting easy. I busted my sister’s ass on the hack. LOL

    I'm on a tear. I will look better than ever!

          I am a StraightUp Kratom fan. Never living life without that product.

          Suppz.com has been so good to me over the last couple of years and has just sent me a new Fat Burner to try; RSX Radiate Caps. Look for my new review thread on RXS.

          May have to try this Peptide company some day soon. I am currently on the Blue Sky Peptides MT2 and loving the results.

            I have been in the gym average 5 days with 2-2Adays for the past 4 months. No time to brag with having to work for a living over the past 6 months. I hate working for a living, much rather use my intellect to manipulate others into doing the work for me. However I have been very rewarded by the fact that Rake and I can't get to the gym on our regular schedule so I am currently sharing gym time with his sister Deb.

            We started meeting in Dec. and have been seriously making progress throughout this new year. After the first 12 weeks she had lost 15.5 inches off her fat ass. She has gone from over 230# to flirting with 200# over the last two weeks. She has never missed a session and has faithfully rescheduled any time she needed to be out of town for work. By far the most devoted partner I have ever had besides Rake; but then she is his sister and cut from the same cloth so-to-speak.

                You are so sweet! I do them and just have to admit that fat is the cause for my less than desirable waistline. One day I may just give up and have that sucked out and inserted into my butt. LOL

                  Assisted Tri’s 70cw x16x3
                  Lying abs 20x3
                  Rolling
                  HS Single leg ext. 40x12x3
                  DB Tri kickbacks 15x12x3
                  Press Machine 70x12, 100x12

                  Great sessions and all done before noon. I have a bit of issues with my shoulder,low RT. back and a new sore RT. elbow but just working around it and taking it in stride. After all I am a Grandma.
