        Just spent 2 days at local pools and life is great!! Been feeling pretty thin finally, yeah. Got a great work out today and was super hungry so I ate every bit of the 2000 calories I had allowed.

        Quads/Tris

        Back Extensions 10lb weight 20x3
        Leg extensions 45x60/3(warmup)
        Dips machine 100lb 20x3
        Split Squats 35x10 with 10 hold, 25x10x10 hold, 10x10w 10 hold, 0x10 w 10 hold (Rake and I argued about what we are supposed to do here. I say 10,25,35,45,35,25,10,0, all with 10 sec holds. His was easier and since he always cheats we did it his way. OBEDIENT WIFE HE HAS. At least I could still walk.
        Slant board side to side crunches 35x3
        Single arm tricep 20x12, 5 isolated holds, 12 more reps left arm x3 sets left, 20x10, 5 isolated holds, 10 more reps right arm x 3 sets right arm.
        HS iso leg extension 20x10, 5 reps with partner pressing 10 sec ea, 10 reps, 3 sets
        Triceps pull down Rope 60x15, 70x12, 80x10, 90x8
        Hammer strength Ab Crunch 20bs x50x3
        Ab crunches 200x1
        Treadmill 15 incline, 2.0 spd 5 minutes pushing the belt

            Great day I learned a lot. Fruit is not worth the carbs or the calories. Screwed my carb count up with the mango. I bought new lounges for around my pool and set up 2 Mister Frogs on the deck. Waiting til a little later to brush my pool. It's 106 now so too hot for me. Need some pictures for my Tour so i will be out on the town for a couple days starting tomorrow at a Pool.

                      look at them legs woot woot.

                      i like what you said about the fruit lol. people think they are eating healthy by having fruit sugars but the sad fact of the matter about fruit is this, 50g of sugar from a fruit causes the same effect from your pancreas that 50g of sugar from a piece of cake. the body cant tell any difference at all and the same amount of insulin is released either way. keep doing what you are doing trix and if you want to have some sugar have something you enjoy (in moderation and on cheat days only lol)

                            Back at it and I didn't break the bank over the weekend. I had 3 eggs and 2 turkey sausage patties before we headed to the Aria pool yesterday. We were planning on getting lounges then go to work out at a nearby club but had a hassle with a new security guard and decided to stay at the pool to make sure we had a good day. No work out, oh well. We waited till about 11 then ordered a pitcher of Bloody Marys. Then we went to cruise all 4 pools and Rake took advantage of the fountains for a much needed back massage.
