    Happy Independence Day. Someone is a ***** today and that's an argument within itself. I lifted heavier than I ever have before. Rake says we need days like this. No disrespect intended but if I had to be a power lifter eeking out 3's, 4,s and less I'd probably shoot myself. Couldn't dance, get happy or even take the 'I'll kill you if you talk to me' look off my face. Apparently I am a bad communicator and my brain is being shared with 9 other people at this point. I think it's the sleeping pills Rake has been giving me. LOL. I am looking forward to a much better afternoon though, Rake is taking me shopping for a new pair of cowboy boots. Shopping heals all??

      dropped them cals a bit low there trixie. watch them or you are going to feel like ass and start eating muscle and holding fat. and as far as the issues in the gym it happens to us all. my wife does the same thing when i get a little loud or growl at her for not doing something right. it isnt personal in the gym and since i am deaf i tend to raise my voice unitentionally at everyone. take a deep breath and dont take it personally lol

        start it over again. this will give you the desired fat loss goal that you are shooting for while keeping you gaining muscle at the same time. i think this would be an idea start point to look at and then go from there. you are already in pretty damn good shape and lean with good shoulders arms and legs. now is just a matter of filling out while getting as lean as you want to be

          no no i am sorry i had a brain fart on that one. got my wires crossed on your setup and i thought you had been at 1200 cals for a few days now. i been in the sun all day and i am a bit loopy but good catch there and i should have paid closer attention lol. you got it ironed out so i will step back and keep an eye and encourage along lol

              I hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend. I have sufficiently beaten the rest of my body into submission with today's workout. I can't wait til Monday when I can lighten up again. I'm on my 2000 calorie, 100 carb day so I have lots of options and am not quite sure what the diet will consist of today.

                      Well, I took a day off everything yesterday. Had bacon and eggs for breakfast, Sushi for my main meal and Cotton Candy Vodka for desert. Sweeping my friend's pool was the most exertion I had and that was easy 1/3 the size of mine.

                      Back at it today nice and light. I have been on a plateau for a few weeks now and it is starting to get to me. My arm has gained 1/4" and everything else is the same.
                      Guess I'm going to keep plugging away at this and hopefully drop a few inches before the holidays hit.

                          Thanks Mountain Man I wish the gain was in my butt, but I"ll take what I can get. My arms are 1/2 " different from each other so I have to work on that on that.

                            My biceps were uneven also I did 4-5 extra reps every arm day and did spot injections of tren/whinny till they evened out ask rake about 21's that exercise will work also

                              Great day today! Cooler because of the monsoon thunderstorms here and beautiful. The gym was fun cause we went across town to see a friend we used to see every day. He had to have a triple bypass out-of-the-blue after a routine physical and has been working his way back for a year and a half. He was very happy to see us there, made us feel good. I think I need to get back to having a couple two-a-days a week, I'm going to try that again and see what happens. Just been to lazy since it has gotten so hot outside.

                              I am ordering my bands this week and think I need a short and a long band but not sure the exact ones even though I have looked at the website several times.
