        looks like you are hitting those numbers pretty close there trixie. if i see you dip under 14-1500 we are going to have to have some issues

                It's a 'HOT ONE'. A buck twelve out there today, we have been house bound since 10:30 am when we got home from the gym. We wore our team shirts today and everyone went wild. Got a guy that is hounding me every 2 days about competing and I am running out of excuses, he just laughs at me now. I'll have to tell him, pick the show, I'll go when you do, to get him off my back. Great day in the gym and people can't stop staring at the stuff we are doing now. I love my life.

                      I think you have started a conspiracy against me on this and they laugh at me every day now. I'm going to have to change gyms. Rake is letting people talk to me now and he sets me up for that knuckle thing with about 10 guys a day. Soon I'll be socializing instead of working out. 2 people asked for help and 1 man asked what we were doing with those holds some special torture?

                        Aha! Made it through the workout today even though I never felt quite awake. The heat must be zapping me. I should go out and sweep my pool but since my son is having a July 4th party here I will let him do the work for a change.

                        OK my diet is short on calories, protein and a touch of fat because I am going out to eat at a Steakhouse tonight so I will chose something that fills in the gaps without going over on the plan and adjust my shake if I have to. This is getting easier and I love it. I could even get my sport bra off easier today so that means some of that dreaded back fat must be melting away.

                        Biceps/ Hams Wednesdays/Saturdays

                        5 min Stair Master level 7 warm up
                        Seated leg curl 60x60x3
                        Bicep, bar 25x30x3
                        Dead Lifts straight leg 50x15, 60x12, 70x10, 80x8
                        Slant board side to side crunches 35x3 holding 10 lb plate
                        Single arm bicep 15x12, 5 reps with partner holds, 12 more reps on left arm.
                        15x10, 5 reps with partner holds, 10 more reps on right. 3 sets
                        Lie down leg curl 40x20, 50x20, 65, 50, 40, 30, 20 x10ds no rest
                        Rack run dumbbell bicep curls sets of 10, in 5lb increments from 10lbs up to 30lbs then back down
                        HS Ab Crunch 30x25x3
                        10 Min Treadmill 15 incline, 2.0 spd pushing belt

                          Made it through dinner with a small pc. of bread cheat. 16 oz Rib Eye and a Scallop and Mushroom Cap.

                          Today was great in the gym, here it is. No carb day today.
