    Good to be home:

    Totally wanted to skip the gym today but something inside my head told me I would regret it. Actually a bit tired but did my usual Sunday cardio yesterday and even though I had Turkey dinner on Saturday and Chinese Food yesterday I only gained 2 lbs. I'm sayi'n it's sodium and get my diet back in order tomorrow. Good steady workout this morning and will be going back for cardio in a couple hours.

    Monday Chest, Back

    Incline Bench press 45x25x3 wide, narrow, regular
    Pull Overs 27.5x16x3
    DB Shrugs 20x16x3
    Fly machine Chest 40, 55, 70x12ea.
    Rear delt 25, 40, 55x12ea.
    Foam Roller work
    Incline Dumbbell Flys 10lb bells x 16x3
    Meadows Rows 45lb bar x16x2 add 10lbs x16x1
    Incline Dumbbell Press 15lb bells x16x3
    Seated Calf raises 309, 342, 379x25 ea.
    Lateral Raise machine 15x12x3
    Mini Circuit
    Standing Calf raises 140x20x3
    Cable Chest 10x36x3 12 mid, 12 low, 12 high each time

                Just completely worn out! 2 Days in a row I didn't want to show up, thank God for Rake or I'd throw in the towel. I am having a hard time understanding how you big guys do all that extra cardio and cut your calories in half at the same time. I don't even have time to get my diet back on track.

                Probably a shake with low carbs

                  Today:

                  What a difference a day makes! I'm sure you could tell that my emotions and motivation has been like riding a roller coaster lately so gonna have to get that figured out. Today however was great from the moment we left the house. Nice strong workout with quite a variety of new and challenging things we are trying out. I found a way to cook Tilapia so that it's an enjoyable meal, BINGO! When I bought a bag of shrimp last week thinking it was $13 then looking at the receipt and finding it had gone up to $20 I knew I had to find a way to cook fish without carbs that was delicious. Still have a stash of cheap eggs though so life is great!

                  Quads/Tris Wednesday/ Saturday

                      I hear tilapia and am reminded of vomiting trying to eat it when guns said he wanted me eating it 2-3 times a day. So glad that ended up being optional. Turkey it is for gusto lol.

                        I would be all over working out together. Let's see what happens next year with my vacations. If my daughter wasn't having a baby the week I was back there this year I totally would have done a driving tour to meet you my beast friends.

                          Today;

                          Totally trashed this morning and didn't even crack an eye til 8, totally absurd. Rake made me go out last night and see an old high school crush of his, REALLY??? She brought her 2 sisters and we got along great. I didn't want to go but 'In-The-End' I figured " I'm gonna look way HOT" compared to the 3 of them anyway, and Blue Martini is my favorite place to get freaky. Definitely had fans old time and new. Jumped up at 8 this morning to check my purse for my selfie stick, lost 2 already and Rake refuses to buy me more. Didn't even go to workout til 4:30pm. Got-er-done though with great pumps and I looked fabulous today. Yesterday I had my workout + 45 minutes of cardio including a bit of Pete's Zumba class LOL, and dancing from 8 to 11. That's the way to lose 3 pounds, now if I do that 3 or 4 days a week for a month I should be happy about myself.

                              Good strong day in the gym. One weird thing that started happening about a week ago; my joints are constantly cracking. Even my back when I do abs.
