    Took another rest day yesterday to try and get better. I just had to get out of the house today though. Just stretched out and got moving a bit.

    Biceps/ Hams

    StepMill 5 min warm up
    Seated leg curl 25x60x3, (20 top, 20 bottom, 20 full range) each set
    Preacher pad 25x30, (10 bottom, 10 top, 10 full range) 25x120x2
    Deads 30lb. bar x12x3
    Lie down crunches 12x1, 20x3
    Single leg Ham machine 30x12x3
    Standing DB curls 5, 7.5, 10 x12 ea.
    Lie down leg curl 30x12x3

    Lie down Crunch bench 0x12x3 vacuums

    Flat bench DB butterflies 5, 7.5, 10x12 each
    WG lat pulls 70, 80x12, 90 x7

    Descent W/O: still have an infection. Let you know when I am 100 percent

    Extensive roller work & stretching
    30 min StepMill in the cinema. Very focused on my muscles, not the movie. lol

    Biceps/ Hams

    StepMill 5 min warm up

    Preacher pad 25x30, (10 bottom, 10 top, 10 full range) 25x20x1, 30x16x1, 50x7
    Reverse Hack 90x20 warm-up, 180x16x1, 270x8x1. Used my belt, my back got wrecked doing this a few months ago.
    HS Seated crunches 50, 60x20 ea., 80x12
    HS Single Ham machine 40x16, 50x12, 60x8: surprised that my right leg is harder.
    Single Bi’s on the machine with rotating handles, Left 30x8x3, RT 20x12x3, RT shoulder issues and this is the max for it.
    Lie down leg curl 60, 70x20, 90x12, 110x7

    Ham pump after 2nd warm-up set of seated leg curls. Never had a ham pump before.
    Preacher Pad Bicep curls sets had to be increased because the weight was too light today.
    Reverse Hack stellar sets with NO back problems: back pump after 2nd set
    Seated Abs again 90# never before, Stretched my Lats between sets and BAM lat pump felt like I instantaneously grew wings.
    Next ham lift Rake asks me what should we do? We can do kick-backs. I say no that machine doesn’t have enough weight available for me. Let’s do single leg curls, the HS one where you steady on one knee.
    Riding home with a back pump and just trying to analyze what happened today.

    Disclaimer: I went to the gym to do the average Saturday W/O I usually do. Had NO intention of bulking, weight increases. Let's see what happens here.

    I weigh 138# today and definitely not in Bikini shape.
    I'll bet your in perfect bikini shape and make all the girls at ur gym hate u because of how good u truley are u could make wonder women jealous

    Leg extensions 25x60x3
    Tricep 1st set on counterweight machine 70x20x1, seated machine 70x12x2
    Hack 0x20x1, 90x12x2
    Lie down ab machine 20x3
    Roller Work
    Single leg extensions 30, 40, 50x12 ea. Different leg positions to work all the way around my thigh
    Bent over db Tri 10x12x3 Turn wrist out at the top and squeeze

    So fun the last 2 days at the gym. Gym rats are following me to my new gym. Is it me or just because it's NEW and cheap?
    Felt great today changed a few things that were making my shoulder angry. Great WO today and pushing forward. Think I have a dehydration issue so need to fix that. The cleanse I've been on for about 40 days is helping me out a lot but pimples on my face are annoying. Rake just says it makes me look young like a teenager. LOL Love you all and thanks for all the help. My thread is a bit lonely, thanks MM for giving me props.

    45 minutes in the Cinema room watching a Bourne movie. Cool that we were in the movie while on the strip early morning. We were extras where's my check?
