7/21 turned into a leg night by accident
press: 180x40 4 sets
calves: 360x50 4 sets....might be time for another plate
prone hammies: 30x20, 45/30x10/10, 45/30x10/10, 30x10
cardio
It was going to be a cardio night, but i wanted to get some quick legs in. I wanted to barf after those presses. Jeebis those reps are killer. Hammie still craps out on me after a while, so its tough doing any really high reps. I do not want to aggrevate my tendonitis.
diet:
2 eggs, oatmeal w strawberries, lf pb
6 oz lean burger, sweet tater
chix, rice, lima beans, homemade mango salsa
4 hard boiled eggs, greek yogurt
talapia, homemade mango salsa, sweet tater w lf pb (friend told me to try that...it was interesting) preworkout
protein shake postworkout
Not really sure what I will workout tonight. Should be strickly cardio. I'm trying a 2 day lift/1 day cardio split. I'm not so great at giving up my lifting days.

7/19 I finally broke down and went to the gym....its been a tough week not going to the place I love the most. today was shoulders.
db mil press: 25x12 2 sets, 30x12 2 sets (shoulder hurt but not nearly as bad as before)
db fr raises: 12x20 2 sets, 15x15 2 sets
db bent flys: 25x30 2 sets, 30x30 2 sets
db lat raises: 12x15, 15x10 3 sets
^^all of those were done in giant sets. I did 1 set of each then rested for 2-4 mins then another round of giant sets until I went through the rotation 4 times.
upright rows: bar onlyx20, 65x10, 85x10 2 sets ss w/
face pulls: 60x20, 80x20, 90x15 2 sets
lat raise machine: 80x10, 90x7, 100x5 2 sets (these are a big painful still)
cable lat raises to finish front/back: 15x10 each 2 sets
abs
no cardio....I was getting cardio with that round of giant sets I did in the beginning- lol.
I love the vascularity and striations in my shoulders when I'm working them. I have to keep myself in check- I want to push them so hard.
Diet has been serious sh*t these past 2 days. Its hard w/ house guests who do not eat healthy at all. I drank and ate pretty good. I'm looking forward to getting back to a semi-healthy diet this week. Funny how eating garbage for a few days makes me crave healthy food...I'm actually looking forward to some cod that I bought!
Tomorrow's gym schedule....I'm not sure yet. I will wait to see what my shoulders feel like in the morning. might dl or squat.

Still no gym. its driving me nuts. Ex husband is coming in today to stay until Sunday as long as we don't argue. He will be leaving sooner if we do- lol. My diet will be petty shitty while he's here. I will be looking forward to hitting the gym hard next week.
My rice and chix wraps recipe:
1 box spanish rice (you can use the one w or w/o beans) prepare following box directions
1 lb chix breast
Mission wraps- I use the spinach ones
ff dressing- i use ff blue chz
shredded chz
You can cook these a million ways. Sometimes I use Franks buffalo sauce on the chix and make it like a hot wings wrap, I have thrown in all sorts of veggies as toppings. You can even use a can of beans in the rice...which i think the original recipe called for. Either way, they are delish and very filling!
