    I did rack pulls and legs today. That was brutal. My working pull sets are now 315x5x5 Was doing some heavy rdl's and was actually approached by some douche wanting to know if I would be into doing crossfit. My answer was probably pretty obvious by the look on my face. And then I did legs. High reps/ lower weights. I wanted to barf when I was done.

    On a personal note...someone musta been listening to all my belly aching about being alone and horny cuz last night I got asked out by a semi pro football player or maybe pro. I don't know. he said something about Broncos. I wasn't listening too hard... I was mesmerized by his uber white teeth and muscles!!! He's 26 though...I think I might have officially stepped into Cougar territory here.

    Haven't really had time to log. Diet is so-so. I mean I always eat relatively clean when I'm not trying to bulk, so when I say so-so I might not have eaten only my standard chix, eggs, lean beef, oats, fish, brown rice, sweets, and veggies- lol. I know I smashed a hungry man...or 2 this week

    Workouts are going the same. More weight, less weight, high reps, low reps. Same old. I continue to get commments outside of the gym so its obviously working. Adding cardio back in, as much as I hate it, has made me feel better. I also changed around my diet plan and put a protein shake in place of my fish and brown rice after my workouts. I wo late so i eat at 9pm and then in bed by 10. the spare tire i was b*tching about is now gone. some of that could have been water too. taking out the var has helped ease the major shedding i had going on and my sex drive is now shit too. good time to be single i guess.

    alright...gotta cut this short. gotta start my day. I will be busy until 10pm- its the same every day anymore- sigh.

    I been working my booty off in the gym but not really logging it. The highlights...at least the stuff I care about are:

    conventional deads: 225x5 all working sets now. if i want to push for pb's I gotta hit 265+ this is raw btw
    squats: 195x5 are also working sets now. I don't have to work up to them I just go in and hit it...nice. 205 will be another pb and 225 won't be far behind.

    benching again next week and I'm gonna change it up on a tip from a friend. I'm gonna work in sets of 3 and heavy as hell to get the numbers up faster.

    I'm also doing more cardio. This seems to be helping my definition. Legs look good and arms are starting to take shape rather than just being huge- lol.

    I wasn't going to keep my log anymore bc frankly I'm bored to death with it, but today I hit a personal best that left me on a fawking HIGH!!

    BENCH PRESS: 115X5 (EASY AS HELL), 125X5 4 SETS!!

    I just don't understand how this happens. I struggle at a certain weight forever on my BP and then one day I go in and boom!!! I can rep it out no problem and I move up 10 pounds right then and there!!

    Goal now is a 45 on each side....I would say before I turn 42, but that's in like 2 weeks so I better give myself a little more time- lol!! Man....I'm SMILING!!
