    7/16...i think. my days all mixed up

    diet:
    2 eggs, oatmeal w strawberries, lf pb
    chix breast, lima beans
    turkey chili
    turkey sandwich on ww, light mayo, ff chz
    missed meal 5- at dentist
    2 homemade spanish rice n chix wraps
    last of my raisin nut bran

    Still no gym. its driving me nuts. Ex husband is coming in today to stay until Sunday as long as we don't argue. He will be leaving sooner if we do- lol. My diet will be petty shitty while he's here. I will be looking forward to hitting the gym hard next week.

    My rice and chix wraps recipe:
    1 box spanish rice (you can use the one w or w/o beans) prepare following box directions
    1 lb chix breast
    Mission wraps- I use the spinach ones
    ff dressing- i use ff blue chz
    shredded chz

    You can cook these a million ways. Sometimes I use Franks buffalo sauce on the chix and make it like a hot wings wrap, I have thrown in all sorts of veggies as toppings. You can even use a can of beans in the rice...which i think the original recipe called for. Either way, they are delish and very filling!

    diet:
    2 eggs, oatmeal w strawberries and lf pb
    fruit protein smoothie
    turkey breast, ff chz, light mayo, ww bread
    lean burger, sweet tater
    chix breast, brown rice
    homemade turkey chili
    raisin nut bran

    my turkey chili recipe:
    ground turkey
    red kidney beans
    light kidney beans or black beans
    chili beans
    salsa
    can of lo so v8
    any red wine- last nights selection was a Merlot
    brown rice
    avocado
    Franks buffalo wing sauce
    chili powder
    cinnamon

    I don't measure anything. I just chuck it in. Sometimes I use buffalo burger and chunks of ham too. Its good stuff. I finish it off w/ some shredded chz on top.

    No gym last night.

    Thanks, MM, but the shoulders not that big of a deal to me. I'm alway injured....it's just a part of this lifestyle- IMO. (If it popped like your wifes did I might be saying something completely different!!) Others might disagree, but for the many bb'ers and especially pl'ers I have met its suprising how many have been dealing w long term injuries. I am taking Guages advice and I will go get a message. I can't decide on pressure point or deep tissue and then I need to make the time.

    Get that shoulder looked at the wife dealt with pain for 3 years I till it popped then surgery and 8 mths out of work and the gym be careful please

    2 eggs, 2 ww english muffs

    No gym. I did go home and make rice and get some extra meals made. Today is still no gym, but I have to drive right by it....I am going to be srsly tempted to go in and at least cardio- lol. I will fight the urge! My body really needs this break. Not to mention my legs are sore as hell from leg day on Sunday.

    I got screwed on the gym yesterday, but I did walk 4.6 miles so I got good cardio in. I'mma speed walker so believe me when I say it was cardio. I also got a compliment on mah legs yesterday. I was standing at the top of the stairs at my hairdressers and an older woman was coming up and stopped and said "you have very muscular legs." lol. NICE!!

    raisin nut bran, ff milk
    lf peanut butter n jelly on ww bread- preworkout
    protein shake- postworkout
    2 1/4 lb lean beef burgers made w/ oats n worchestire sauce, ff chz
    1 corona (no lime so it was kinda like having sex and no orgasm...you don't complain, but it woulda been nice)
    store bought tiramisu
    its only 7:30 so i might eat something else tonight. Maybe another cup of cereal. Its been so long since I've eaten cereal
    Now that is how to eat you go woman

    Oh I forgot I wanted to blog about the gear quick. Holy balls....I am loving the EQ. Still have the damn breakouts on the back and shoulders, but as a girl I have makeup at my disposal Hair shedding has gone back to normal. Still no period since Feb, I think, but I aint b*tching. No clit enlargement, no penis. Voice is still cracked and I still can't sing...and I do get sir sometimes on the telephone- lol. Men tell me its sexy and I don't sound like a guy so who knows.     7/11 back night

    db rows: 55x10, 60x8, 65x7, 65x5 2 sets
    low cable row: 190x5 4 sets, 160x10
    sb bent rows prone: 115x15 2 sets, 135x10 2 sets
    wide grip pull downs: 125x12, 140x10, 155x5, 155x4.75 (lol), 140x7
    cable lat pullovers: 65x15 2 sets, 75x15 2 sets really squeezed those babies
    no cardio
    ab work

    very good workout. I didn't want to stop. Nothing hurt, weights were heavy, new straps gave me some grief on the low rows. I couldn't get a tight enough wrap to pull my usual 200 lol.

    diet:
    2 eggs, oatmeal, strawberries, lf pb
    chix breast, baked beans
    subway 12" spicy bmt loaded with veggies and light mayo, doritos (hey, it was a meal & a coworker was buying...I couldn't be rude)
    talapia, brown rice, lima beans- preworkout
    fatass protein shake- postworkout

    the subway threw me. I had all my meals planned out, but that was last minute so I missed 2 additional meals...although I think my sub was at least 700 cals and then the doritos. meh...this happens sometimes.

    today is legs. I may smash a whole Kashi pizza as my preworkout. That's not that bad. Roughly 1000 cals and that's if I can eat the whole thing. If not...closer to 700, but Kashi uses all that healthy crap in their food so I will have plenty of good carbs to get through legs.

    I was actually thinking about a massage. I hate doctors. The only thing I would agree to is PT anyhow. I refuse to do any surgery or spot injections. More times than not those "cures" end up being worse.

    The fish was bland but at least its gone now-lol. I will keep you updated with the massage. I have to find someone to do it.

    I torn mine up either doing tricep skulls, incline bench or deads. not sure which I only know today those are the three movements I get bad pain in the shoulder from.. with that I fought for months trying to work with and around it but very little helped. so a guy I worked with talked me into that trigger point massage.. I be dammed if I didn't feel a big improvement with in a week.. I went 3 more times since and am finally beginning to add weight to the bars.. now its not healed and im still careful but what ever that massage did as bad is it may of hurt when he was doing it worked. highly recommend trying it out, for me it was a hell of a lot cheaper than any doc visit would of cost me out of pocket (my insurance has become worthless...that's another story.)

    that fish has been haunting me for 2 days now. I'm gonna break down and eat in here in a minute. Yeah, this shoulder just refuses to heal this time no matter how easy I take it....plus the pain is now into my tri and I even felt it in my spine last night. that was innerrrrestin.
