no energy last night and just didn't feel like being there. not sure why I thought i should be curling 85...damn near lost my shit on that one- lol. did alot of warm up stuff for tris that i didn't write down here. it helped with the skull crushers. I didn't have elbow problems this time. today is probably going to be shoulders. first i gotta hit the office again. i'm officially tired of the ot at work now. i could use a break....my bank account will say differently- lol. oh and I bought a pair of leggins the other day! The ladies get it, but for you guys...this is pretty good stuff. Its not often a 42 yo woman can wear leggins and actually pull them off! I mean no fat rolls, no weird dimples, and no camel toes! No sir...these show off the very hard work I have been putting into my squats and legs
