    bar curls: 85/65x3/7, 75/65x7/3, 75x7, 65x10, barxbo
    skull crushers: barx15, 55x12 3 sets
    crossover curls (can't remember real name): 20x12, 25x10 3 sets
    bw dips 10,12,14,16 ss w/ conc curls: 25x8 4 sets
    mach dips: 90,120,135,150,165xbo
    forearms

    no energy last night and just didn't feel like being there. not sure why I thought i should be curling 85...damn near lost my shit on that one- lol. did alot of warm up stuff for tris that i didn't write down here. it helped with the skull crushers. I didn't have elbow problems this time. today is probably going to be shoulders. first i gotta hit the office again. i'm officially tired of the ot at work now. i could use a break....my bank account will say differently- lol. oh and I bought a pair of leggins the other day! The ladies get it, but for you guys...this is pretty good stuff. Its not often a 42 yo woman can wear leggins and actually pull them off! I mean no fat rolls, no weird dimples, and no camel toes! No sir...these show off the very hard work I have been putting into my squats and legs Oh yeah, I b wearing those today!!

    I hate leg day too hm but it's gotta be done looked like a great workout to me keep up the work and you will be changing flat tires with just your brute strength and no need for a tire jack

    rdls: 115x10 4 sets ss w bw lunges 40 4 sets
    1 leg hammies: 15x30, 15x25 3 sets
    cardio

    legs were as good as they get. i hate doing them...i always will. tonight is tri and bi.

    strength was killa last night. no injuries...hang on...I had to knock on some wood there. gear is playing a major part. I think I finally got it and the diet dialed in...finally. sides are becoming a pain in the ass though so I'm wanna push 5x5 as long as I can w/ no injuries so I can gain more mass. gonna have to seriously think about cycling off or at least tapering down in the next few months. unless of course my friend gets that var recipe right tonight's legs..fawk. i hate legs
    Sides? Are u still on eq or did you switch to deca what are the sides Maby I can give u some advice remember my wife has used about everything post or pm me the sides and what ur on with dose btw killer workout glad u had no pain

    wide grip pull downs: 145x10, 155x6, 155x6, 155x8?, 155x6
    st bent rows: 15x12 4 sets ss w rev curls bar only
    db rows: 60x8, 65x8, 70x5, 70x5
