                            Happy Monday! I took the day off to hang with the kids for spring break. We were slow at work so I asked for the day off. I slept until 8ish. Lil man went to the gym with me. (Kids care) I was on a time limit but really wanted to keep going!

                              Up at 4:30 today...Got to gym right at 5. Workout was great! My chest and legs are a bit sore today but nothing to limit my workout. I can tell strength isn't 100% but it's so much better than it was last week! It was another one of those days I could have kept going!
