Today's workout was challenging! I felt drained, weak, and nauseous for some reason. I didn't really drink much of my pwo but it might've had something to do with it. Regardless, I pushed through and I'm already sore! Lol

Going back to what worked for me last time I was actually able to loose weight. Switching to 5 meals and a gallon of water has been more of a challenge than I thought it would be! I am constantly full and very bloated. Ready to start shedding the water! Lol Guess I had really been slacking more than I thought on water intake to be reacting this way. I actually haven't been able to eat my meal at 4 yet due to not being hungry and not really having a break in my schedule until almost 5. We usually eat dinner around 6 though so it all works out.
