Thank you! I agree! I’m not going for shredded but I definitely want to have good muscle definition...like it’s obvious I lift/train hard not just talk about it! [emoji23]🤣 Right now, most observers outside the gym would never know! Lol

Sorry I got behind again. It sure is hard keeping up on multiple forums! 🤦🏼*♀️

Workouts have been great! Still doing the triple giant sets for 12 mins each. alternating upper/lower body. Just finished a comp on another forum so here are some recent progress pics

that's awesome on the squats as for the random punk jumping in haha that makes me very angry. i am like you, i have no problem with someone working in or even using what i am. they have to do the work and move with a sense of urgency though or i will lose my temper. i try not to but it happens from time to time esp if i am on a strict time line

Exciting news....tried squats today for the first time in forever! No pain!!! They actually felt surprisingly well! I only worked up to 185 to play it safe. I also only went to right at parallel. Didn’t try to get too deep as to irritate the impingement.

I also added some extras in there at the end.

    Squats
    45x8
    95x5
    135x5
    165x3
    185x3x3 sets

    Giant set 1:
12 mins - as many rounds as possible
    Leg press 575x12
    Single leg deadlifts 45’s x8
    Plank 30 secs
    Rest 1 min
    ** made it 4 rounds

    Giant set 2:
12 mins - as many rounds as possible
    Kneeling squats 220x8
    Alt lunges 20x10 each leg
Hip circle lateral squat walks 10 each way
    1 min rest
    **made it 4 rounds

    Superset
12 mins - as many rounds as possible
    Leg extensions 90x12
    Leg curls 90x10
    Calf raises 12
    *no rests*
    8 sets

Single leg extensions (outer quad focus)
    50lb to failure, 30lbs to failure x 4 rounds

    Ab work
    Cable crunches 80x15x2 sets
    Crunch Machine 40x15x3 sets
    Decline weighted sit-ups 10lb ball x 12x3 sets

The gym I go to is a standard commercial gym with a lot of machines. There are 3 different machines for leg curl and leg extensions...yet, somehow, every Friday a random guy decides to jump on the ones I’m using to superset. I don’t mind if you simply ask and move quickly of course...but when they move very slowly and just take over, I am not a big fan! Lol

Looked in my supps and I did have some tumeric. I will get some of the super bio curcumin to use once I run out.

Great workout! Had nothing left! Lol I am having a little inflammation flare up. Hands, knees, and hips bothering me a good bit but nothing intolerable.

Got to be a little late to work yesterday morning due to no patients early. So I did cardio at 5am so I could train with my friend at 6:30.

    *as many rounds as possible*
    BB flat bench 105x8
    BB Rows 90x10
    Plank 30 secs
    1 min rest
    -made it 5 rounds

    Giant set 2 12 mins
    *as many rounds as possible*
    Db shoulder press 35x8
    Wide pull-ups 10
    Plank 30 secs
    1 min rest
    - made it 5 rounds

    Giant set 3 12 mins
    *as many rounds as possible*
    Db Side lateral raises 10x15
    Db Reverse lateral raises 10x10
    Db overhead extensions 15x12
    Db curls 15x12
    30 secs rest
    - made it 6 rounds

Pump was ridiculously painful!! Loved it! Lol

Good thinking! That could’ve been it. I usually get plenty of sodium but I have definitely been depleting out a lot more lately! I had a little extra over the weekend and cramping has subsided!
