Yes sr way ahead of ya tonight it's pizza Ben and Jerry's and red velvet cake last junk till September the 30

we are one in the same sir. funny thing is i have about 5 or 6 jugs of ben and jerry's cotton candy ice cream in my freezer right now for post prep haha. last year ihop had red velvet pancakes and i hammered them right after my show. oh and pop tarts had red velvet pop tarts also. i think in the off season sex is on the mind 24/7 and in prep mode it goes to about 12-14/7 with food being 24/7.

oh man the dreaded diet is firing up mountain. do like i do and go out with a bang today and enjoy a few things that will be forbidden during the duration lol. i bloated the hell out of my big ass before this prep started haha

well its friday tomorow is saturday that means the fun begings if you call dieting fun ill keep everyone up dated

oh man the dreaded diet is firing up mountain. do like i do and go out with a bang today and enjoy a few things that will be forbidden during the duration lol. i bloated the hell out of my big ass before this prep started haha

i like seeing how other people do things. i may learn something or i may be able to tweak or share some tricks that i know. i am all about learning some new stuff
