Max I will never be as strong as you but I am older. I went heavy the other day on chest and lats day and left shoulder went pop. I did not push it after that but was so mad. I have more strength then most but the joints are old and beat up. I tell Trixie all the time I wish I was as strong as Max but it is not in the cards. Just be carefully and let us live though you.

Just trying to keep the progression machine rolling forward. Didn't want the injury to stall me out. Turning out to be a nice hybrid of the two ideologies I think.
