Thats probably the kindest thing anybody has ever said to me HM!Originally posted by Hy-Maint View PostI have had bodybuilding described to me like this: BB'ers are like Ferrari's. You take em out of the garage to drive em around on very smooth roads so everyone can see you and admire you then you take them and park them back in the garage. PL'ers on the other hand are more like G-Wagens....built like tanks, not always the prettiest on the block, but love to get dirty, and can literally move fawking mountains
You're a G-Wagen, Max. Good luck healing....you know I admire your patience.

Oh I agree. Im keeping the calories high as mentioned and Im going to attempt progressive overload incorporated into this training. Thanks Brother.Originally posted by guns01 View Postmass isnt going to be an issue at all as you heal big man. keep that protein and cals high and keep doing what you are doing with your training as you heal up. you are stimulating muscle fibers in both ranges training with the new method and what i was saying is you are probably going to shock your muscle into new strength and gains as well. dont skimp on the food and what you have already built will hang out trust me. now if you get into a cal def you are going to start to atrophy away. i am not the smartest or sharpest when it comes to moving singles and such but i do know a little about diet and training every now and then lol
