    From a PLer viewpoint I could do without. But......I will admit that it did hit the front delt with more emphasis than a standard front DB raise. Definitely not a power move.

    Had a guest at the gym, she just got her IFBB Pro Card (Kim Baum). Her husband is a Strongman/PLer, he wanted to train deads and the gym owner (thanks Dave) volunteered me....... So I did deads.

    Learned alot from Tim, 550 was like butter. I was invited to train with him at Jakked in the future. I think I will take him on this offer for sure.

    The Sixth set on your Seated DB press is very impressive especial with no pain. Smith Machine looks strong too. Congrats Max.
